Fancy is a golden lab with a heart as sweet as her snack stash. At her core, she’s a professional napper, part-time Dentastix enthusiast, and full-time walkies connoisseur. She lives for belly rubs, sunny spots on the floor, and greeting everyone like they’re her best friend. Just don’t mention cats. Ever.

She's loyal, lovable, and has perfected the art of the side-eye when you’re five minutes late for dinner.

Maddie Shaw is a marketing professional who loves helping people and businesses grow. With a Marketing degree from Georgia College & State University, she brings a mix of strategy, creativity, and relationship-building to everything she does. She loves creating systems that keep BWC running smoothly, checking things off a good to-do list, and finding ways to make life easier for both employees and clients. Outside of work, you’ll usually find Maddie spending time with her dog, Nala June, grabbing an iced honey latte, or leading a small group at her church.

Megan Marteney is a creative powerhouse with a passion for blending psychology, digital marketing, and data analytics. A graduate of Texas A&M with a Bachelor's in Psychology, she later earned her Master's in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics from Emerson College. Megan thrives on crafting engaging and fun content, making it her true passion and expertise. Outside of work, she enjoys reading fantasy romance books, staying active, and spending quality time with her crazy puppy, Remy. With a strong blend of creativity and strategy, Megan brings a unique perspective to everything she does!

Kendall Elliott

Creative Director

Kendall Elliott is a talented creative who weaves together her love of storytelling, fine art, and digital media to deliver inventive marketing strategies and meaningful content. At Baylor University, she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in English. From there, she honed her skills while working in client outreach, content creation, and copywriting roles. Now, she utilizes her vast knowledge to help clients amplify their voices and expand their reach. When she isn’t working, Kendall enjoys capturing the world around her through her pen and her camera lens, searching for vintage treasures, and caring for Bella, her rambunctious pup!

With a B.F.A. in Film and Television from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Nissy blends post-production creativity, storytelling, and strategic thinking to elevate brand vision across multi-channel campaigns, video content, and client analytics. Her background spans everything from hands-on video editing to high-stakes film festival operations and VIP hospitality. Passionate about turning raw ideas into compelling media, Nissy brings both precision and visual artistry to every project she manages. Off the clock, she’s usually hanging out with her dogs, Oreo and Coco Chanel, and queuing up a movie (almost always a romance, musical, or sci-fi. Never horror).

Heather brings creativity, collaboration, and plenty of positive energy to every client she works with. With a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama, she combines a strong business foundation with fresh ideas, a team-first mindset, and a natural enthusiasm for social media. Whether she’s planning content, developing new concepts, or showing up camera-ready at a content shoot, Heather loves finding ways to make each client’s presence feel more engaging, personal, and memorable. Outside of work, she’s usually reading a good book or spending time with her dog, George.

Caryse Morrison

Medical Marketing Specialist

Caryse Morrison is a UT Austin graduate and full-time Operating Room Nurse who combines her love for healthcare and creativity through her work with Bellwether Concepts. Passionate about all things wellness education, she enjoys helping people take a more informed approach to their health. Outside of work, Caryse loves cooking, practicing yoga, and spending time with her 2-year-old kitty, Cinnamon!

Miranda Carrasco

Social Media Content Assistant

Miranda Carrasco brings a background in business, athletics, and content creation to Bellwether Concepts. A graduate of Mississippi State University, she earned her degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate before completing her MBA, all while playing five years of Division I soccer. Miranda currently lives in Spain, where she plays professional soccer for CF Unión Viera. She loves building relationships with clients, understanding what makes each brand unique, and creating content that feels thoughtful and true to them. Outside of work and soccer, she loves fashion, fitness, traveling, trying new restaurants, and creating content, with her faith at the center of everything she does.

Casey Brovarone

Email Marketing Specialist

Casey Kamerbeek Brovarone is a Houston native and proud Texas A&M graduate. After building a career in the construction industry, Casey transitioned to life as a stay-at-home mom, where she loves spending her days with her husband, their two young daughters, and Rio the cat. She now also works part-time with BWC, allowing her to stay involved professionally while enjoying the flexibility of family life. Casey loves cheering on the Aggies, Astros, and Texans. She is an avid reader who loves birdwatching and playing mahjong with friends. She enjoys a cup of tea most afternoons, a habit she picked up during a college internship in London. She is always down to grab Mexican or discuss her favorite show: 90 Day Fiancé. 

Bryce Deadmon

Research & Business Development Intern

Bryce Deadmon is a Texas A&M University graduate who brings great energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to the Bellwether Concepts team. Through research, competitive analysis, and business development support, he is excited to help strengthen the experience we create for our clients and contribute to the continued growth of the agency. Outside of BWC, Bryce is a professional track and field athlete, two-time Olympic champion, and four-time Olympic medalist who has represented Team USA on the world stage. His athletic career has shaped the discipline, focus, and team-first mindset he brings to everything he takes on.
